Description of language levels offered at Medialangues
INTERMEDIATE Level 1 The fundamental basics of the language have been learned and the student possesses contextual understanding of complex conversation. However, the ability to put acquired knowledge into practice may be weak. Dialogue may be difficult at times. Student partakes in everyday conversation.
Conversation topics are more extensive. The student is relatively at ease and quite conscientious of applying grammatical rules. The message is understandable but mistakes are common. Generally, the student is able to converse about business matters pertaining to his/her field.
Level 1 The student has acquired the skills to express himself in oral and written form. Grammar rules are applied. The student has the ability to recognize errors, correct these errors, and search for the best response. Sentence structure is average, allowing comprehensible conversation. Vocabulary is more extensive and the student speaks about a wider range of subjects regarding business matters and everyday events.
The student has acquired both the confidence and above-average skills in the language. He can express himself in oral and written form in order to broaden horizons: express views and opinions in more complex structures not only in his profession but also outside the field of work with reasonable ease.
